Global Edge Athletics™ — NIL, Performance & Wellness for the Whole Athlete
For Schools, Coaches & Athletic Departments

THE PROGRAMMING
YOUR DEPARTMENT
DOESN'T HAVE TIME
TO BUILD.

Turnkey wellness, NIL education, and elite performance programming — delivered into your athletic department by champions, curriculum experts, and Olympic-track coaches. We slot into your calendar. You keep your focus on the season.

What you can deploy in your department

FOUR PROGRAMS.
ONE PARTNER.

  • HuMEN & HuMEN for HER mental wellness curriculum for student-athletes
  • NIL education for athletes, parents, and coaching staff
  • Elite performance & speed protocols (Olympic-track methodology)
  • Compliance support, parent town halls, and pro-led speaker series
The State of Athletic Departments

THREE PRESSURES.
NONE OF THEM OPTIONAL.

Wellness, NIL, and performance used to be separate problems. They aren't anymore. The departments thriving in the next five years are the ones treating them as one operating system.

35%
Of student-athletes report mental health concerns affecting their performance.
The behavioral wellness conversation is no longer optional. Departments without a real curriculum are exposed — reputationally, competitively, and to their own staff.

$1.7B
Annual NIL economy that most athletes and parents are navigating without education.
When deals go sideways, athletes lose eligibility and departments absorb the headlines. Education delivered in-house is the cheapest insurance available.

The performance-program budget gap between elite and developing schools.
Most departments can't hire a full Olympic-track sports science staff. Embedding pro-level methodology through partnership closes the gap without the headcount.

What We Deliver

FOUR PROGRAMS.
BUILT FOR YOUR CALENDAR.

Each program runs as a stand-alone or as a fully integrated quarterly residency. Curriculum is sport-agnostic, scaled by school tier, and designed to fit the rhythm of an athletic department — not fight it.

01

HuMEN & HuMEN FOR HER

Mental & Behavioral Wellness Curriculum

Cohort-based wellness curriculum delivered into your athlete population. HuMEN serves male athletes (with K–8 pipeline tracks for at-risk feeder programs); HuMEN for HER serves female athletes from 9th grade through post-professional. Psychoeducational programming, group sessions, coach-facing modules, and parent town halls.

02

NIL EDUCATION & COMPLIANCE

Athlete, Parent & Coach Programming

Plain-English NIL education that meets athletes, parents, and coaching staff where they are. State-by-state compliance overviews, valuation literacy, deal-review frameworks, and the parent communication tools your compliance office actually wishes existed. Updated quarterly as the rules shift.

ELITE PERFORMANCE & SPEED

Olympic-Track Methodology

Embedded performance programming led by Ed Lovelace, drawing on a proprietary speed methodology used by Olympic and pro athletes. Delivered as in-residence camps, virtual coach training, or sport-specific position protocols — designed to compress the development gap without expanding headcount.

What Departments Get

OUTCOMES YOU CAN
REPORT TO LEADERSHIP.

Athletic departments don't buy programming — they buy outcomes they can report up. Every Global Edge engagement is built around four reportable areas.

Outcome 01

Wellness Infrastructure

A documented, athlete-tested wellness curriculum running across your department, with measurable cohort participation and coach-facing modules.

Outcome 02

Compliance & NIL Posture

Educated athletes and parents, current curriculum, and a defensible record of NIL programming that supports your compliance team's posture year-round.

Outcome 03

Performance Differential

Pro-level performance and speed methodology embedded into your programs without expanding sports-science headcount or capital expense.

Outcome 04

Brand & Recruitment Lift

Named-pro speaker engagements, parent-facing programming, and a partnership story your recruitment, donor, and admissions teams can use.

Athletic Department Questions

WHAT ADs ASK
BEFORE WE START.

Are HuMEN and HuMEN for HER clinical mental health services?
+
No. They are wellness and psychoeducational curriculum and coaching programs designed specifically for athletes. They are not a substitute for licensed clinical mental health care, and we work alongside (not in place of) campus counseling services. When clinical needs surface in cohort, we have referral protocols.
What does an annual partnership typically cost?
+
Pricing scales with school tier (D1, D2, D3, NAIA, JUCO, prep), athlete population, and the number of programs activated. We share tiered pricing on the Discovery Call after understanding your department's profile and procurement cycle. Quarterly residencies and speaker engagements are designed as lower-commitment entry points.
How do you fit into our existing compliance, counseling, and S&C structures?
+
By design, we slot in alongside — not on top of. Our compliance content reinforces what your office is already saying. Our wellness curriculum runs in coordination with your counseling resources. Our performance work is delivered in partnership with your S&C staff, not over them.
Can we pilot before committing to a full year?
+
Yes. The Quarterly Residency model is built specifically for that. A focused 90-day engagement on one or two programs gives your leadership a real outcomes report before any larger commitment.
What's the first step?
+
Download the Capabilities Deck so you can socialize internally, then book a 30-minute Discovery Call. We'll map your department's pressures against our four programs and come back with a tailored proposal — usually within 10 business days.
